Finding renting apartments when you are with children is a difficult task. The owners might not tease you and deny the house just because you have children. Instead, they find out several reasons for not giving out the house to you. Kids are difficult at apartments and homes for rent. This is because of different reasons as they could destroy the walls by drawing, play with fire and cause hazards, lay down toys and even make noises disturbing the neighbors. We never say that children are bad but, many of the home owners do not like them at houses as they do not want to worry about what they have done later.
Still if you are renting with children in any apartment you should find enough space for them to live and sleep. While living on an upper flat, you need to be very careful as the children should be quiet, therefore not upsetting the other owners renting downstairs. This is simply difficult and for some it is impossible. For this reason, mostly people try finding out flats downstairs or individual houses while staying with children.
Children are Gods gift and they just go around with lot of happiness. They mess around and create problem unknowingly. The owners do not wish to give their apartments to families with small children as the problems that could be created by children is simply too much. Always try explaining to the owner that you keep an eye on your child and there would not be any problems created by him.
More chaos happens when there are adults who smoke as the lighter might be placed anywhere. These naughty children can create fire with these lighters as they love experimenting new things. The house owners do not wish to rent their house to smokers due to several reasons. One of which is that they are strictly against smoking inside their houses. These are some points which are to be noted while renting a house.
The security deposit might be increased in case you have children by most of the house owners. This amount is considered to be deposit which could be refunded when you vacate the house. There might be deductions depending on the damages done to the house. Therefore it is highly advised to keenly watch the children so that there need not be any kind of repair to be done at the end. On the other hand, if you are to have enough space to live in these problems do not arise. According to the law, there needs to be a certain space present while living with kids.
While renting house always mention the extra guests who might come at intervals to have a stay at your home. This might result if you have older children who will be visiting your house at times. Even though they are not considered to be living with you, you need to suggest this to your owner as it could create problems if he is to find himself.
